At Mixmax, our mission is to do the impossible with email: to make it as rich, interactive, and developer-friendly as the web. Mixmax sales organization is looking to bring on a rockstar SDR to help us continue our breakneck growth.

As an SDR you will have two major contributions to the business:

  1. Filling the top of our sales funnel with qualified opportunities
  2. Filling our sales talent funnel as you develop your skills and progress your career.

In this role you will help us build our process, A/B test our messaging, find new green grass market opportunities that we have not yet explored, source $1M+ in new business, and build a defensible sales skill set as you continue to grow your career here at Mixmax.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline:
      • Working our 10,000+ monthly sign-ups
      • Outbound prospecting into target accounts
      • Upselling existing customers
      • Qualifying these opportunities and introing AE
  • Effectively and efficiently conduct account research using tools:
      • Mixmax
      • LinkedIn
      • Salesforce
  • Develop your own sales skills through the SDR skills development program
  • Work closely with product marketing to follow up on marketing initiatives
  • Become a power user and a product expert of Mixmax

Requirements

  • A top performer with 1 year of proven success as an SDR or AE for a SaaS or B2B solution.
  • High motor - you won’t be outworked on your path to success
  • Coachable and interested in investing in transferable skills
  • Resourceful and entrepreneurial - a problem solver who finds the answer
  • Impeccable communication skills - we don’t leave communication to chance
  • A positive “get it done” attitude with a bias towards action and the ability to do more with less.
