Sales Account Executive

We’re looking for candidates based in San Francisco.

What will I be working on?

We’re building the sales team from the ground up, so you have the opportunity to create the company culture, make strategic decisions, and build a team. You can shape your career as the organization grows.

You’ll use the platform every day to do your job, so you’ll quickly become a product expert. You’ll learn new ways to use Mixmax as your customers tightly integrate their organization’s workflows with the platform. And you’ll provide feedback and guidance to the team as the product rapidly evolves It’s a rare position: you’ll use, sell, and help shape the product.

This is a full cycle sale role. You will perform outbound and inbound qualifications, set meetings, perform demos, and close deals. You’ll navigate the customer’s organization to identify stakeholders and champions, and you’ll need to understand their needs and workflows.

What does my day look like?

  • Schedule and lead discovery calls
  • Teach sales, success and recruiting teams about the product and about sales tactics
  • Guide deals through the full sales cycle
  • Learn from customers’ needs and relay product feedback
  • Build a knowledge base of creative workflows for diverse teams

What are you looking for in a team member?

You possess a solid work ethic and you aim to win. You have previous SaaS selling experience and your product demos are unflappable. You have empathy for our customers and respect for the work they do. You’re efficient in your daily tasks and you enjoy sweating the details. As an early stage employee, you’ll pitch in and step up when needed. You feel comfortable taking on leadership roles and making decisions.
