Introducing Sequences

Introducing Sequences, a New Mail Merge Feature | Mixmax

Mixmax is a communications platform that brings professional communication & email into the 21st century.

We just released a truly game-changing improvement to our Mail Merge feature which we call “Sequences”. As soon as you get new leads, you can now immediately add them to any existing campaign, with automated follow-ups.

Thanks to this, you can reuse any campaign you’ve ever created and specify new start times for new leads. You can also remove recipients from any scheduled follow-ups, for example if you get a hold of someone on the phone.

Once your campaign is underway, sit back, relax, and watch the analytics come in. We even split out analytics for each stage and you can download them as a CSV for further analysis.

Soon, you’ll be able to trigger campaigns as replies to individual messages, directly in Gmail.

If you’re passionate about taking external communications to the next level — reach out to us at hello@mixmax.com and follow us @Mixmax.

You deserve a spike in replies, meetings booked, and deals won.
